How Our Students Maintain Their Cultures
Moving to the United States or any other country can be a scary experience. Many customs that seem normal in your country, might not be acceptable in other places. While it is important to assimilate in to your new home, it is also important to not forget who you are and where you’re from. Students from The Language Company have been busy sharing with us how that keep their culture alive thousands of miles from home.
I keep in touch my country by Vietnamese food. This is dumping or tapioca cake. It is made from shrimp and ground pork with tapioca wrapper. #TLCFortWorth
