The Language Company institutes offer a variety of housing options, all carefully arranged for you by the director of your institute.
HOMESTAYS
The
Language Company is very proud of our host families and of our entire
homestay program. We offer you unique advantages and opportunities that
will make your homestay a high point of your visit.
- Three meals per day
- Transportation to and from school and school functions
- Experienced, friendly host families
- English only in homestays
UNIVERSITY HOUSING
Students at TLC: SEI, TLC: ELI, TLC: TLI, TLC: MLI, TLC: BEI, TLC: PLI, TLC: SBEI may live on the university campus.
Convenience: At the University of Central Oklahoma (TLC: ELI), William Jewell College (TLC: MLI), St. Gregory's University (TLC: SEI), Widener University (TLC: PLI), Fisher College (TLC: BEI), and Northeastern State University (TLC: TLI) men's and women's residence halls are close to the institute, the cafeteria, the library, and sports facilities. PLEASE NOTE: At TLC: SBEI University housing consists of houses. Each house accommodates 2-4 students in single rooms. Each house has a kitchen, a living room and bathrooms. All houses are within walking distance from TLC: SBEI.
Meal Plan: You will be served 19-20 meals per week. The cafeteria is open throughout the year, except during limited university closings. During closed periods, the university refund policy will apply. Please note: At TLC: SBEI/IUSB, no meal plan is available. Each house has a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
Guest Rooms: At some locations, for a small fee, your friends or family may stay in the university guest rooms when you arrive.
APARTMENTS
If you prefer more independence, there are attractive, furnished apartments within easy walking distance of each institute. We will help you arrange the housing you prefer.
HOTELS/MOTELS
Several hotels offer special low prices
for our students. We will help you make arrangements. At The Language
Company: OEI, hotel accommodations have special features, including kitchenettes
or cooking facilities, maid service, and local television and telephone
service. These hotels have special weekly and monthly prices for our students.
