How I would celebrate the success of my company?

It is quite important to celebrate a successful accomplishment of our company. It has a lot of meanings. Success of my company reflects the endeavor and passion of our workers. When workers and customers recognize this accomplish apparently, we can get more confidence to move to a higher goal. From now on, let’s consider the way to celebrate the success of our company.

First, I suggest holding a celebratory exhibition. I want to show our accomplishments to workers and customers by exhibiting wonderful products or showing a video which contains our manufacturing process, or a conference. It’s very worthwhile for workers. It will make them proud. Customers can also realize and admit the company’s efforts. It means the company can get other opportunities to attract more new customers and keep loyalty from current customers.

We should reward workers who have contributed to the company a lot. In every organization, especially in the business world, good motivation is very important for the future. If workers receive rewards, they will work harder than ever before. There is no better motivation for workers than recognizing their work. It can also stimulate other workers. It should be conducted necessarily.

Conversely, if we just celebrate our success in the celebratory event, it may bring some crisis to our company, because workers may try to stay in their current situation. They can be lazy. Therefore, we have to announce a new vision to go to a higher goal at the same time. If we have succeeded in our country, we have to prepare for achieving No.1 position in the global market. Nowadays, the world changes rapidly. There is no time to stick to previous success, The celebratory event should be a chance to encourage workers to set another goal for the company.

Nowadays, competitions among enterprises is getting fierce. At this moment, looking back at what we have done and praising each other will refresh all of our company workers. It will take us closer to another success. We have to make conditions that workers can work in pleasure. Holding an exhibition, rewarding, and announcing a vision will make our company more successful.
